My products are FINAL SALE as they are custom and made-to-order. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make changes. I highly recommend ordering swatches to experience the color, pattern, and texture before you purchase.
In the unlikely event of a workroom error, please send me photographs of the issue, and I will repair or replace your products.
If you are unhappy with your selections, I will let you exchange your product and credit you 50% of your original order value (offer valid for 30 days after delivery). The customer is responsible for sending the unused item back. The offer is not valid on custom orders.
